Summary of my time at the UKIO congress 2022
The UKIO congress 2022 was held in Liverpool at the ACC arena, and contained three packed full days of lectures and exhibitions. Overall there was a heavy focus on AI, however most talks were from industry talkers, attempting to sell a product.

Review of AI guidance published by the SOR AI working group (Malamateniou et al., 2021)
This paper was published due to the increasing development and use of artificial intelligence within the radiography profession. It aims to provide baseline guidance for those that may encounter AI in education, research, clinical practice and stakeholder partnership.

SOR IV Cannulation Course (27/08/2021 & 28/08/2021)
Having cannulated for many years, I was unsure as to the overall benefit of this course. It was a requirement for the company I worked for, as I had only had in-house training previously and had no certification to prove I was able to cannulate.
